Triggers
Section titled “Triggers”New error — First occurrence of an error class + message at a specific file and line. You hear about bugs before users report them.
Regression — An error returns after 24+ hours of silence. You thought you fixed it. You didn’t.
Error spike — An endpoint’s error rate jumps above baseline. Bad deploy, downstream failure, unexpected traffic.

Quiet Hours
Section titled “Quiet Hours”Set hours when you don’t want notifications. Errors still get tracked. You just won’t get woken up.
Muting
Section titled “Muting”Mute specific issues to stop their notifications. Still tracks occurrences.
